Creative Operations & Experience

This body of work reflects selected engagements where I supported experience, flow, and execution in high-trust environments.

I’m most drawn to culturally rooted, concept-driven work that is human-centered and expressive, inviting curiosity, energy, and presence.

BWAARP: A Journey in Virtual Empowerment

This six-part economic empowerment series required thoughtful coordination across institutional partners, speakers, and community stakeholders, with care given to tone, pacing, and audience trust throughout.

In partnership with the Los Angeles Urban League, I supported the creation of BWAARP (Black Wealth Attainment and Retention Program) alongside Parkside EDC, guiding collaboration across speakers and the LAUL marketing team to ensure alignment and clarity.

I oversaw end-to-end execution, ensuring speaker preparation, technical flow, and live engagement unfolded seamlessly. More than a workshop series, BWAARP served as a steady, accessible space for dialogue around economic growth and collective progress.

CLIENT REVIEW “Jacinda is very organized and did not miss a detail that would enhance our program. She made sure the appropriate instructions got to all parties in a timely manner and materials were easily understood. Her technical savvy made sure everything went off without hitch.” - Rev. Jerrold

Guiding Families Through Online Memorials

At GatheringUs, I supported families in planning and hosting online funeral and memorial services, taking a consultative approach to help them consider meaningful ways to honor their loved ones within a virtual format.

I oversaw all aspects of event execution using Zoom, including preparation, rehearsals, live troubleshooting, and post-event follow-up, ensuring each gathering unfolded with care, clarity, and steadiness.

In parallel, I coordinated timelines and workflows across families, the graphics and media team, and customer service, seamlessly orchestrating events with audiences of up to 500 attendees.

Shaping Tone and Presence in Virtual Leadership Development

At Leadership Circle, I supported virtual leadership development sessions for senior leaders and coaches, collaborating with faculty to create Zoom environments that felt engaging, steady, and supportive over long-form sessions.

In addition to providing technical support and facilitating breakout rooms, I conceived and curated a music playlist that helped shape tone, pacing, and energy throughout the day—an element that was consistently noted and applauded by participants and faculty alike.

Sessions were eight hours a day, requiring sustained attention to flow, transitions, and participant experience to ensure engagement remained grounded and intentional.

Supporting Hybrid Engagement at a Large-Scale Scientific Expo

In partnership with Encore, I supported hybrid Zoom sessions for the American Chemical Society Expo, working closely with speakers and on-site A/V teams to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination across virtual and in-person environments.

I oversaw live Zoom presentations and Q&A sessions, attending carefully to flow, timing, and participant experience while maintaining alignment between virtual presenters and on-site production teams.

When technical challenges arose, I applied measured solutions to keep sessions on track and materials properly shared, contributing to a steady, reliable experience across essential program moments.

Supporting Executive-Led Virtual & Hybrid Events

Working closely with the CEO, I supported the execution of virtual and hybrid sessions across a range of events, including CleftCon, the IES Mathematics Summit, and RubyConf.

I oversaw live sessions across platforms such as Zoom and Webex (Socio), ensuring presentations and Q&A segments unfolded smoothly and consistently across formats. My role centered on maintaining flow, clarity, and reliability in settings where executive leadership and audience experience were closely intertwined
